The existing capacities enable mostly production of chairs, as well as of tables, beds, benches etc. The average capacity is 2000 chairs per day. Very good facilities are available for production of upholstered chairs. Water based stains and lacquers are used for surface treatment.

 

Production area consists of two Production Halls.

Production Hall No1 is designed for production of components. It is equipped with efficient lines for cutting wooden material, gluing presses, sizing and calibration machines etc.

In the Production Hall No2 are performed the operations on profiling, drilling, tenoning and mortising, sanding, surface treatment, assembly etc. The available copy millers and other profile machines enable production of components of various shapes. Every day testing of the finished chairs strenght is carried out on the testing machine.
